Música que vem do coração: a nova do Walkmen

Banda americana de indie-heart (haha), o Walkmen está de volta. O grupo liderado pelo ótimo Hamilton Leithauser lança dia 5 de junho seu próximo álbum, “Heaven”.

Sempre quando comento alguma coisa do Walkmen, me vem à cabeça a imagem do Hamilton ao vivo. Ele super se entrega nos shows, canta sempre no limite de enfartar, a ponto da veia do pescoço saltar quando ele interpreta suas canções de forma apaixonada. Tirei esta foto em Chicago, 2006.

O primeiro single do próximo álbum, também chamado “Heaven”, chega às lojas dia 29 de maio. Hoje a banda liberou a balada “The House You Made”, lado-b desse single.

É bem boa, ouve só.
