A fofura da Grimes e o que ela está fazendo com o Skrillex

A garota Claire Boucher, 24, uma espécie de filha da Kate Bush, etérea e representante dos duendes indies só que mais para o Cocteau Twins e menos para a Bjork, vai fazer sua primeira turnê ''de gente grande'', sozinha, como headliner, em setembro e outubro pelos EUA. É a ''Mythical Gymnastics Tour''. Mas até lá está cheia de mais shows americanos, aparições em festivais, esticadas ao verão europeu e uma bizarra turnê canadense, em julho, acompanhando Skrillex e Diplo. Que galera! Vai ser uma viajante turnê electrofunkdubstep. Queria ir.

A Grimes, que teve seu belo disco ''Visions'' lançado até no Brasil, teve um vídeo ao vivo lançado pela MTV, nas últimas horas. Foi uma session para o programa ''Push Live'', dá uma olhada.

Aproveito para desovar um vídeo que eu fiz no South by Southwest deste ano, no Texas. Foi em show da Grimes na Central Presbyterian Church, igreja cool usada para shows mais ''especiais'' e intimistas no festival de Austin. Está meio escuro por razões óbvias. E foi feito comigo sentado num dos bancos da igreja, um desses que se quiser dá para ajoelhar para rezar, se quiser aproveitar a ocasião. 🙂
