A cara do Madrid, ao vivo no Sesc Pompeia

* Quem te viu e quem te vê, a banda Madrid, nova empreitada dos ex-festeiros Adriano Cintra (era do CSS) e Marina Vello (cantava no Bonde do Rolê), estreou para valer, ao vivo, em São Paulo, ontem à noite no Sesc Pompéia, num lindo show introspectivo, marcado por dedilhadas clássicas em piano e uma voz de diva linha PJ Harvey que evidenciava um contraste engraçado para quem acompanhou a vocalista cuspir funk carioca raivoso durante muito tempo. Do lado de baixo do palco, parecia show do XX, de tão silencioso que estava o ambiente para a dupla, acompanhada de um bom guitarrista e um baterista idem, se apresentar para um bom público que foi à Choperia ver, curiosa, a nova face de dois marcantes expoentes do indie (inter)nacional.

Falo ''estreou para valer'' sobre o concerto do Sesc de ontem porque há alguns dias o Madrid fez um pocket-show no Bar Secreto, em um palco/cenário não necessariamente para shows desse estilo. Era o novo Madrid em conflito com o ambiente velho de Adriano e Marina. Foi confuso, segundo me disseram.

O Madrid lança na semana que vem seu álbum de estreia, um dos mais bonitos discos produzidos aqui no Brasil neste ano, pode apostar. O álbum sai de forma virtual num primeiro momento. Depois chega em vinil. Infos com novidades dos lançamentos devem rolar aqui.

Do show de ontem, no Sesc, roubei um vídeo da TV do Matias, que deve postar logo mais no Sujo outros vídeos de onde veio este. A música, aqui, é a incrível ''Bride Dress''. Sente o drama.

O Madrid toca sábado agora em Curitiba, no Espaço Cult.
