O maravilhoso documentário sobre o fim do seminal grupo nova-iorquino LCD Soundsystem, de James Murphy, passou pouco em cinema, festivais importantes, já teve uma exibição única em São Paulo, foi lançado no iTunes faz mais ou menos um mês e agora chega finalmente nesta versão integral com o filme em si e todo o show de QUATRO HORAS de duração, em DVD e Blu-Ray. Fora os extras.

''Shut Up and Play the Hits'' registra as últimas horas e os momentos exatamente depois da última apresentação do LCD Soundsystem, seguindo os passos de seu líder, o genial James Murphy desde fazer café e passear com o cachorro até receber os amigos do Arcade Fire entre outros para fazer o show final de quatro horas da banda num abarrotado Madison Square Garden numa apresentação especial, o ''funeral alegre'', que esgotou instantaneamente os ingressos para o ''fatidicamente lindo'' dia 2 de abril de 2011, algumas semanas depois que o LCD Soundsystem foi atração na POPLOAD GIG, em São Paulo. Além do DVD, ''Shut Up and Play the Hits'' vai poder ser comprado também em livro de foto, camiseta e pôster da sessão do filme no festival de Sundance. Este aqui embaixo.
