“Dave”: David Bowie ganha sua maior homenagem

* Acho que é uma das homenagens em vida mais bonitas que eu vi para um astro do rock. A dupla belga electroindie 2ManyDJs botou todo seu brilhante talento de engenheiros dos mixes para construir, mesclar, costurar em uma hora de duração cerca de 35 músicas do sempre incrível cantor inglês David Bowie, 65 anos, contendo originais, versões, covers etc. Uma maravilha.

Junto com a obra-prima sonora, o 2ManyDJs soltou um filme produzido por um amigo deles, Wim Reygaert, que conta a história da carreira de David Bowie através de personagens simulados, que contém uma Bowie mulher e sósias de Iggy Pop, Freddie Mercury, William Burroughs, Ziggy Stardust etc. O jeito que o vídeo recria as capas dos discos de Bowie é genial.

Filme e remix do 2ManyDJs tem no Vimeo e pode ser baixado ou ouvido/assistido em iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple TV através do app Radio Soulwax. Ou no site radiosoulwax.com. Ou aqui embaixo mesmo.
