A banda nova Inky não existe mais. Chegou a nova banda Inky

Sai nesta semana o EP ''Parallels'', três músicas que indicam um novo caminho para uma banda que já estava num novíssimo caminho, mas em POUCO MAIS DE DOIS ANOS de formação e algum agito na cena de SP já fala em ''amadurecimento''.

O Inky (foto acima de Daniela Ometto) foi formado no meio de 2010 e seus integrantes estão na casa dos 20. A vocalista Luiza acabou de sair dos 19. Entre outras coisas, já abriram para o LCD Soundsystem, tocaram White Stripes em Popload Session e foram para a Holanda encontrar o famoso produtor inglês Steve Lillywhite, que já trabalhou com um milhão de bandas importantes, entre elas U2, Rolling Stones e Morrissey.

O lance com Lillywhite veio de um concurso que eles ganharam da marca Philips, que os levou para Amsterdam para encontrar Lillywhite e gravar com a renomada Metropole Orchestra sob a tutela do produtor, o que rendeu a música ''No One's Town''.

Isso tudo em 2011, ano da formação, comecinho de 2012. No ano passado, a banda ''deu um tempo''. Foi um ano de ''mudanças''. Um integrante saiu, a sonoridade mudou. ''Por isso o EP novo chama 'Parallels''', disse o baixista Guilherme Silva. ''É como se a banda estivesse agora num paralelo totalmente diferente do que vivíamos.''

A rápida trip holandesa e os contatos ajudaram a moldar o ''novo Inky''. Um sintetizador Moog trazido da Europa também ajudou o quarteto. ''A gente dependia muito de som programado. Mudamos isso, também. Estamos tocando 95% das coisas que são ouvidas ao vivo, agora'', afirmou Guilherme.

O Inky se encontrou no indie-eletrônico com cara de pós-punk inglês dos anos 80, meio soturno (Lillywhite?). O ótimo EP ''Parallels'', cheio de musicalidade, ritmo e barulhinhos, é puxado pelo single ''Baião''. O vídeo da música já está sendo finalizado.

A banda toca ao vivo nesta sexta no Centro Cultural Rio Verde, em Pinheiros. No dia 31, no Bar Secreto, também em Pinheiros, na festa de residência da banda, eles lançam oficialmente o EP, com show deles e de convidados.

A Popload traz as três músicas de ''Parallels'', novo trabalho do amadurecido Inky, na íntegra, aqui embaixo.

''Nada como o tempo'', diz o muito jovem Guilherme, um dos fundadores da muito nova Inky, fase 2.
