Daniel Johnston no Popload Gig: os ingressos, os horários, o… filme?

* Bom, surpresa em si é ter Daniel Johnston tocando aqui para nós. O veterano e cultuado artista estrela a 20ª edição do PG, que de novo poderia se chamar ''Popload Gig Cult'', como foi a do Mark Lanegan. Enfim.

* O que é necessário dizer é que as portas do Beco 203 abrem às 20h no dia 9/3 e o show está previsto para ser iniciado às 22h. Os ingressos, antecipados, custam R$ 80,00 a meia e R$ 160,00 a inteira. Podem ser comprados já no site da TicketJam.

* Estamos tentando, para logo depois de a porta do Beco se abrir para o Popload Gig, receber a galera exibindo o premiado documentário ''The Devil and Daniel Johnston'', que ganhou ''Melhor Direção de Documentário'' no importante festival de Cinema de Sundance, em 2005. O filme retrata a difícil trajetória de Johnston, lidando com bipolaridade, esquizofrenia e todos os demônios decorrentes, da infância até virar um ''gênio'' criativo para uma lista de fãs que inclui de Kurt Cobain a Beck, passando por Flaming Lips, Metallica, Wilco e muitos outros. Aguarde confirmações.

* Vamos postar por aqui, até o show do Popload Gig, algumas das canções que marcaram a conturbada carreira de mr. Johnston até hoje. E as homenagens que o artista já recebeu de outras bandas. Se você quiser fazer sua homenagem a Daniel Johnston para gente ir se preparando para seu show único no Brasil, solo no seu quarto ou com uma banda em palco, pode fazer. A gente bota aqui.     The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
