Killers fazendo cover do New Order. Com o New Order

* Bem, com o Bernard Sumner, pelo menos. Em turnê na Inglaterra, a banda americana The Killers, atração do nosso Lollapalooza em março, fez uma homenagem ao New Order e a eles mesmos durante show em Manchester, talvez a região mais indie do mundo (toma essa, Brooklyn).
Brandon Flowers inclusive, quando chegou ao microfone para falar que ''tinha uma surpresinha para Manchester'', na hora de anunciar a música lembrou algo que eu tinha esquecido total. O nome de sua banda, The Killers, saiu do vídeo de ''Crystal'', lançado pelo New Order em 2001. Nele, uma banda fake chamada The Killers se apresenta no lugar do New Order. A referência ao nome está na bateria do grupo fictício, formado por moleques. Veja embaixo uma imagem do vídeo do NO.
Inclusive o primeiro single do Killers, o hino ''Somebody Told Me'', teve seu vídeo inspirado na luz de ''Crystal''.
Enfim, veja Flowers e sua banda recriando ''Crystal'', em Manchester, com o ''convidado'' Bernie Sumner. Muito especial mesmo.
