James Mercer volta com uma canção simples e um álbum novinho (para ouvir na íntegra) com o The Shins

Turminha boa que apareceu na virada do século, vinda do Novo México, mas baseada em Portland, o The Shins – que em 2008 era um dos grupos mais “excitantes” da música ao lado de Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys e Kings Of Leon para a revista Q – lança no próximo dia 20 de março “Port Of Morrow”, primeiro álbum de inéditas do grupo desde essa época da lista publicada pelos britânicos.

Com turnê extensa pelos próximos meses por Estados Unidos e Europa, incluindo datas nos gigantes Coachella e Reading Festival, a trupe liderada por James Mercer resolveu disponibilizar esse novo álbum na íntegra. Ouve só.

Dia desses eles estiveram no programa Saturday Night Live, onde apresentaram ''Simple Song'', uma das boas canções desse novo álbum.
