Belle & Sebastian arma canções para as madrugadas, lança vídeo novo e escala Lô Borges (e Milton Nascimento)

* Sai hoje na Inglaterra o disco ''Late Night Tales'', segunda compilação do famoso selo de mesmo nome a ser curada pela banda-fofura escocesa Belle & Sebastian. A notícia aqui são duas.

1. Para o disco, o Belle & Sebastian gravou uma cover da incrível banda inglesa Primitives. Eu amava Primitives. O Morrissey também, haha. Banda de Coventry, final dos anos 80, Tracy Tracy nos vocais. Sonzinho garagem lírico na frente, sujo de guitarra por trás, da turma de Jesus & Mary Chains, Wedding Present, My Blood Valentine e Primal Scream (do começo). Pérola indie. A música que o Belle & Sebastian ressuscitou é a incrível ''Crash'', garagem pop grudenta que vendeu muito bem para uma musiquinha indie, na época, e teve uma sobrevida de bons anos porque saiu remixada, foi relançada, apareceu em filmes, em videogames. ''Crash'' tem ''nananas'' e um dos melhores começos de música da história, na letra, simplória: ''Here you go/ Way to fast/ If don't slow down you're gonna crash''. Belezura.

A cover do Belle & Sebastian para ''Crash'' já circula faz umas semanas, mas o vídeo saiu hoje.

2. A série ''Late Night Tales'' chega a sua 27ª edição, a segunda manejada pelo B&S. O ano passado foi do MGMT. Já teve assinatura de Flaming Lips e Arctic Monkeys. Neste álbum que está sendo lançado hoje, trazendo na trilha Milton Nascimento & Lô Borges mandando ''Tudo o Que Você Podia Ser'', tem as seguintes músicas:
