* Neste final de semana que passou o Alabama sediou mais uma edição, a terceira, daquele Hangout Music Festival, evento realizado na praia e que contou com 35 mil pessoas na areia, o que quadruplicou a população do golfo no período. O Hangout Festival 2012 teve sexta, sábado e domingo atrações como Jack White, Wilco, Flaming Lips, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Skrillex, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chris Cornell, M. Ward, entre muitos outros, e foi transmitido ao vivo pelo MySpace.
