* Há alguns dias, num oferecimento da internet, está disponível para download o disco novo da ótima banda britânica Two Door Cinema Club. O álbum, ''Beacon'', sai oficialmente nos dias 3 e 4, Europa e EUA respectivamente. Pelo que eu entendi, e se é que você se importa, vai sair no Brasil logo em seguida.

Dentro de Beacon está o simpático single ''Sleep Alone'', que desde ontem circula com vídeo perturbado. A música é inspirada nos reais problemas de sono que o vocalista irlandês Alex Trimble tem para dormir, principalmente em turnê. E, quando consegue dormir, é perseguido por pesadelos cavernosos. Alex disse para o semanário ''New Music Express'' que precisa fumar uma cannabizinha para ajudar a pegar no sono, quando em tour. Isso relaxa o rapaz, mas também incrementa seu sono com umas viagens…

Veja o vídeo ''under the influence'' para a fofa ''Sleep Alone'' e, na sequência, uma versão dela ao vivo e acústica gravada para uma session de rádio.

    The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

    Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
