Two Door Cinema Club bombando: Alex Trimble canta no Conan sobre seus problemas de sono

Um dos ótimos nomes do Lollapalooza Brasil 2013, o grupo irlandês Two Door Cinema Club vai fechar 2012 como o melhor ano de sua crescente carreira. Comemorando a ótima aceitação de “Beacon”, segundo disco de estúdio deles, lançado mês passado, o TDCC vai concluir neste próximo final de semana uma exitosa turnê na América do Norte, iniciada há cerca de um mês. Isso porque a banda do ruivo Alex Trimble já havia saído do verão europeu como um dos principais nomes dos festivais desse ano. Um dos melhores shows do Reading, por exemplo.

Com mais três shows na agenda pelos Estados Unidos, o grupo visitou o talk show do bamba Conan O’Brien na noite de ontem e mandou a ótima “Sleep Alone”. A canção foi inspirada nos problemas de sono que o Trimble tem, especialmente quando está em turnê. Ele custa a dormir. Quando dorme, tem pesadelos insanos. Então, dormir é um problema para ele quando ele está acordado ou quando está dormindo mesmo.

* O TDCC tem shows agendados até maio do ano que vem. Antes de retornar ao Brasil para o show do Lolla, o grupo ainda vai passar por Europa, Japão, Austrália (2012), voltar para a Europa (início de 2013), vem aqui (março) e volta de novo para a Europa (abril e maio). Ufa.
