Sexy back: Justin Timberlake versão “gente grande” volta com show mais sério e mostra duas inéditas

Um dos grandes nomes do pop está definitivamente de volta. Preparando seu primeiro disco de estúdio em seis anos, Justin Timberlake tem tudo para ser um dos artistas mais falados neste ano. “The 20/20 Experience”, esse álbum novo, chega ao mercado dia 19 de março. O primeiro sopro sonoro, “Suit & Tie”, tem feito sucesso. A volta de Timberlake começou a ganhar forma no último sábado, quando ele fez seu primeiro show em quase cinco anos.

A apresentação foi em Nova Orleans em um evento fechado ligado ao Super Bowl, chamado “Super Saturday Night”. Durante pouco mais de uma hora, Justin apareceu com uma imagem um pouco diferente daquele garoto que um dia fez parte de uma boy band, com um show cheio de coreografias. Com um approach mais sério, o cantor foi acompanhado por uma banda composta por 13 integrantes. Tanto que a nova fase do cantor e produtor vem com o nome “JT & The Tennessee Kids”.

No palco, menos dança e mais música, com uma pegada mais soul. Além de alguns sucessos de sua carreira, como “Sexy Back” (com Timbaland), “My Love”, ''Señorita'' e “Cry Me A River” (esta, com direito a um ''bitch'' indireto para Britney Spears), Justin tocou três canções que estarão em “The 20/20 Experience”. O novo e já conhecido single “Suit & Tie”, que contou com a participação do bamba Jay-Z, funcionou bem ao vivo. Ele mostrou também as inéditas “That Girl” e “Push It Love Girl”. Ainda no repertório, Justin mandou duas covers de Michael Jackson (“Shake Your Body” e “Let’s Dance, Let’s Shout”) e uma bela versão de “Need You Tonight”, clássico do INXS.

Nos próximos dias, Justin deve começar a aparecer em premiações e em programas de TV. Uma de suas primeiras aparições confirmadas é no Brit Awards, que acontece daqui duas semanas, em Londres.

    Wow I just adore her! She is so darn beautiful as well as a really good actor. I don’t think the show V is all that good, however I watch it anyway just so I can see her beautiful face. And I don’t know if you’ve ever seen her do an interview but she is also rather funny and it all seems to come so natural for her.
