Depeche Mode no Letterman, no South by Southwest e na… América do Sul?

Gigante da eletrônica, passeando também pelo rock, os veteranos do Depeche Mode vão botar o pé na estrada em breve. Daqui duas semanas, chega ao mercado o aguardado “Delta Machine”, 13º disco de estúdio da banda britânica, uma das que mais leva gente a shows no mundo todo.
A diversão do grupo começa oficialmente na noite de hoje. O Depeche Mode está nos Estados Unidos onde participa do programa de David Letterman. Além de apresentar uma música na TV, Dave Gahan & Co. vão fazer um pocket show exclusivo para o site do programa, que será transmitido na página da CBS.
Na próxima sexta, 15, eles serão uma das centenas de atrações do bombado South by Southwest. Eles vão tocar em um galpão para pouco mais de mil pessoas em Austin, no Texas. A turnê para valer começa no início de maio, em Tel Aviv, que puxa quase 40 shows em estádios por toda a Europa. Em agosto, o Depeche Mode volta para a América do Norte para shows em arenas. Fica por lá até outubro.
Nesta semana, em entrevista publicada pela revista americana Billboard, o vocalista Dave Gahan disse que a banda tem planos ambiciosos para sua turnê mundial e indicou que desta vez, enfim, a América do Sul não será esquecida. “Temos planos ambiciosos para essa turnê. Vamos começar com nossa excursão gigante em estádios pela Europa, voltar para os Estados Unidos em locais maiores e isso vai tomar nosso tempo até perto do Natal. Estamos planejando uma segunda perna europeia e DEFINITIVAMENTE América do Sul e possivelmente Ásia”, disse ele, se referindo ao início do ano que vem.

One other thing I would like to mention is that rather than trying to accommodate all your online degree classes on days and nights that you end work (considering that people are drained when they come home), try to receive most of your classes on the week-ends and only a few courses on weekdays, even if it means a little time off your saturdays. This is beneficial because on the weekends, you will be far more rested as well as concentrated upon school work. Thx for the different suggestions I have realized from your weblog.

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
