* Óbvio que o título é uma zoeira, provocação. Eu sei que tem UMA banda americana melhor que eles, hoje!
* Uma das minhas dores por ter mudado de planos e pulado o Sxsw 2013 é ter perdido essa certa volta do Cold War Kids, da Califórnia, uma das minhas bandas prediletas, um dos meus shows prediletos.
Dia 2 de abril agora eles lançam disco novo, o quarto, ''Dear Miss Lonelyhearts'', e estão tocando geral no South by Southwest, de dia e de noite. Que beleza!
Hoje o grupo indie-gospel se apresenta no incrível Stubbs. no primeiro dia de South by Southwest, se apresentaram fora da programação oficial, no fervoroso Hype Hotel. Ontem, tocaram no Mohawk, já nesta madrugada na verdade, com exibição ao vivo na internet.
Tamos de olho no Cold War Kids. Seguem vídeo do ''clássico'' hino ''Something Is Not Right with Me'', suingada, e uma apresentação acústica no QG da L'Mouv francesa no Sxsw. Sim, a rádio mais legal da frança montou barraca de transmissão, entrevistas e tudo mais no Sxsw 2013. Lá, para a francesada, o CWK mandou duas novas: o primeiro single ''Miracle Mile'' e depois a nova ''Tuxedos'', que vai estar no disco de abril.
