A Rolling Stone dos Estados Unidos botou no topo o grupo Vampire Weekend, que tem figurado nas primeiras posições em boa parte das publicações com o seu ''Modern Vampires of the City''. Ainda no Top 10 da revista norte-americana, destaque para o veterano Paul McCartney à frente até do Arcade Fire. Tem também a ''novinha'' Lorde em 7º, logo atrás do Josh Homme e seu Queens of the Stone Age. O Parquet Courts, por uma posição, não pegou Top 10. P&$**, Rolling Stone.

O rapper ficou com o topo da lista com seu ousado ''Yeezus''. Ainda no Top 10, aparecem novatos como Disclosure, Sky Ferreira e HAIM. Veteranos como Daft Punk e Arcade Fire pintam entre os dez primeiros também. Em uma geral, deu para ver que o YUCK apareceu nesse top 50, assim como o The Knife e o seu disco de 100 minutos.
