Rock na praia. O que rolou no Benicassim 2012

Festival mais charmoso do verão europeu, o espanhol Benicassim recebeu mais de 160 mil pessoas no último final de semana. Realizado perto da praia na cidade que fica na costa do Mediterrâneo entre Barcelona e Valência, mais perto dessa última, o festival delícia, cheio de espanhóis, franceses e da “praga” inglesa (70% do público neste ano), geralmente começa no fim da tarde com atrações locais e “menores”, para depois engrenar e até varar a madrugada com os grandes nomes. Bom horário, porque dá para descansar na praia durante o dia.

Entre quinta e domingo passados, passaram pelos palcos do festival nomes como Bob Dylan, Horrors, Kurt Vile, Miles Kane, Maccabees, At The Drive In, Bombay Bicycle Club, Noel Gallagher, Stone Roses, New Order, Vaccines e o David Guetta, óbvio.

O festival começou pequenininho, para 8 mil pessoas, em 1995, quando Charlatans, Ride e Wedding Present eram as atrações principais. Hoje, mais bem estruturado, atrai em média essas mais de 150 mil pessoas.

    The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

    Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
